Simon has worked with and materially grown over 100 clients and managed over $350m of media, including household names and startups across major verticals, including Retail, Finance, Telco, Tech, Entertainment, Lifestyle, Not-for-profit, Recruitment, and Gaming. Specialties include SEM, SEO, Programmatic, Paid Social, Analytics, Measurement and Planning.

As Operations Manager at LION Digital, Julia works closely alongside the founder from the Sunshine Coast office, overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep the agency running smoothly. With a focus on marketing, accounting, and operational efficiency, Julia plays a key role in driving internal alignment and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver outstanding results for clients. Her cross-functional oversight and attention to detail help create a seamless experience for both the team and the brands they support.

Bianca Freedman brings 18 years of marketing and sales experience, including 15 years in digital, with a strong focus on new business development and growth strategy. She has worked across industries, including eCommerce, Gaming, Tech, Retail, Finance, and Lifestyle, helping brands uncover opportunities, scale their operations, and achieve measurable results.
