I have been working closely with Leo over the past year, he hired me to join his sales team at Megantic in South Melbourne. I have been consistently impressed by both Leos attitude towards his work and his performance on the job. To be honest he is one of the main reasons I took the job in the first place.

Leo really knows his stuff, with over 10 years of digital marketing experience. He has been my coach and mentor since starting and leads his team from out in the frontline at every opportunity. He is very results orientated personally and leads by example, this sales and revenue focus flows down to the team and helps him get the best from us all.

His solution selling and negotiation skills are some of the best I have seen. What really works well is his ethical and personal style which resonates with SME clients and tier 1 prospects alike. He has helped Megantic grow over the last 7 years from a small team to 75+ staff in 2 continents. Constantly has creative ideas for growth and efficiency improvements and has demonstrated the ability to implement.

His interpersonal and communication skills have allowed him to develop productive working relationships with 100’s clients, his sales team and all the other teams in the Megantic office. Leo has the listening and questioning skills necessary to extract information from our clientele making sure to choose the right project for our operation.

Leo possesses solid writing skills which have enabled him to compose quality correspondence. He also has the analytical skills to diagnose problems and devise viable solutions. His ability to remain unflustered during frenzied periods like the current crisis and other difficult times proves his ability to work well under pressure.

I have had the honour of knowing Leo personally and working under him as a Digital Web Analyst at Megantic. Even though it was for a short while, I am delighted to provide an insight and a story of who Leo is as a leader and as a manager.

While I was going through my training at Megantic and I could not book a sales meeting for the life of me, but that did not stop Leo from helping me with my first meeting on my last day of training. We worked tirelessly on my last day until I booked in a meeting. What I learned that day is that Leo can be intense and tough on you but he means well. And he also taught me that day to never give up and to have the mental toughness to survive the sales industry.
