What you'll do:
- Work with mid to tier 1 clients: gathering briefs and developing a performance media strategy that will help their unique business thrive
- Develop the teams in depth knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings
- Have a results-driven mentality; frequently evaluate performance and optimise campaigns to deliver optimum results for your clients
- Working closely with all in-house team members: directors, strategists, sales, web developers, designers, account managers etc
- Maintain/manage ongoing and new digital marketing projects and plans
- Manage the allocation of resources within the direct team to ensure that all accounts are adequately resourced and work is delivered in an efficient manner
- Seek out, develop and support new business opportunities – including pitches
What you'll need:
- 5+ years eCommerce agency experience with a strong digital & performance media background
- Keen interest & eye for data-driven, digital solutions
- Your love of people is evident in your smooth, diplomatic communication style and polished presentation skills
- You're a team player. All that good stuff: disciplined, reliable and accountable
- You love being rewarded for your hard work and super skills
- Pro at multitasking and effective time-management of multiple projects
