Front-end size selector fix — Titley's on Shopify

Customers were faced with a grid of 40+ combined size buttons — hard to read, harder to tap on mobile, and pushing the Add to Cart button off screen entirely.

Jay and Pete benchmarked leading retailers and rebuilt the experience from scratch. A two-step selection funnel — waist first, then length. By removing the grid clutter, they optimised screen real estate for high-quality product imagery while ensuring a faster, error-free path to Add to Bag.

No back-end overhaul. No third-party app. The fix lived entirely on the front end.
