We are looking for a Growth and Admin Coordinator based in Japan to support our Founder and Business Development team. This role blends prospecting responsibilities with executive/admin support, making it ideal for someone highly organised, resourceful, and eager to contribute to growth initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Research and identify prospects (decision-makers, eCommerce and digital marketing leads).
  • Build and qualify prospect lists using LinkedIn, business databases, and online research.
  • Support outreach campaigns: preparing lists, intro materials, and tracking follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Provide administrative support to the Founder and BD team
  • Assist with presentations, proposals, and reporting tailored for Japanese and global prospects.
  • Help refine lead qualification processes and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
  • Maintain well-organised prospect and activity records.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be based in Japan with ability to work remotely.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance both prospecting and admin responsibilities.
  • Proactive, detail-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and productivity tools.
  • Prior experience in business development support, sales coordination, or executive assistance is an advantage.
