With over 200 employees and growing, we are seeking a driven and experienced Senior eCommerce Manager to lead our global digital growth.

Purpose of the Role:

The Senior eCommerce Manager is responsible for leading and executing our global digital and eCommerce strategy, with a strong focus on revenue growth, customer engagement, and online experience. This role blends commercial ownership with deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO, conversion optimisation (CRO), and digital analytics. You will be accountable for the end-to-end success of our eCommerce platforms across Australian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Revenue Ownership

  • Lead and evolve the global eCommerce and digital strategy to drive revenue, engagement, and brand equity across markets.
  • Own commercial outcomes for all online channels, including revenue growth, ROI, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term digital planning, innovation, and transformation.

Website & Customer Experience

  • Manage eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Plus, CRM & Loyalty platforms), ensuring a seamless and brand-aligned experience.
  • Optimise site structure, navigation, product merchandising, and mobile UX to maximise conversion and AOV.
  • Lead CRO initiatives including A/B testing, user journey mapping, and funnel optimisation.

Performance Marketing & SEO

  • Oversee paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Manage media budgets, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative performance.
  • Lead and evolve the SEO roadmap to grow organic visibility, traffic, and revenue.

Digital Operations & Projects

  • Lead digital projects such as new feature rollouts, platform migrations, integrations, and website enhancements.
  • Oversee third-party tools and technology partners, ensuring operational excellence and platform scalability.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain robust dashboards and reporting systems using GA4, Power BI, or similar.
  • Deliver actionable insights and performance analysis to drive smarter decision-making across marketing, product, and UX.
  • Forecast digital revenue, manage budgets, and regularly present results to senior stakeholders.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work cross-functionally with product, content, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure cohesive campaign and trading execution.
  • Partner with digital agencies, freelancers, and tech vendors to ensure high performance and ROI.
  • Provide guidance to the customer care team to ensure service aligns with digital experience standards.

Leadership & People

Encourage innovation, continuous learning, and a test-and-learn mindset across all digital functions.

Mentor and lead a growing digital team, fostering a performance-driven, collaborative culture.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 6+ years in a senior eCommerce, digital marketing, or digital product role within a fast-paced consumer brand.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale eCommerce operations and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or equivalent platforms.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, UX, and CRO.
  • Highly analytical with deep experience in GA4, data visualisation tools, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning and managing P&L
