Growth & Admin Coordinator – Japan

We are looking for a Growth and Admin Coordinator based in Japan to support our Founder and Business Development team. This role blends prospecting responsibilities with executive/admin support, making it ideal for someone highly organised, resourceful, and eager to contribute to growth initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Research and identify prospects (decision-makers, eCommerce and digital marketing leads).
- Build and qualify prospect lists using LinkedIn, business databases, and online research.
- Support outreach campaigns: preparing lists, intro materials, and tracking follow-ups in the CRM.
- Provide administrative support to the Founder and BD team
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and reporting tailored for Japanese and global prospects.
- Help refine lead qualification processes and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
- Maintain well-organised prospect and activity records.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be based in Japan with ability to work remotely.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance both prospecting and admin responsibilities.
- Proactive, detail-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and productivity tools.
- Prior experience in business development support, sales coordination, or executive assistance is an advantage.
