Junior eCommerce Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a junior email specialist who has experience in eCommerce email marketing, working with Klaviyo or another eCommerce ESP.

The position is remote/full-time hours required (40 hours per week), as close to Melbourne, Australia time zone as possible.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce email marketing is essential
  • Proven experience in creating email campaigns through Klaviyo in an agency environment or as a freelancer. We need to see that you have worked on multiple projects at once
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills are essential
  • A “figure it out” attitude is essential as we often create campaigns that are outside the box and you will need to gather requirements as you build
  • Take full responsibility for completing tasks that are assigned within the due dates
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Shopify app integrations is also desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Setting up campaigns within Klaviyo based on strategies from the email team lead and under the guidance of a senior Email Marketing Specialist
  • Adjusting campaigns segments and sending times (training provided)
  • Collecting images for banners and managing the client’s image library in Google Drive
  • Cropping and creating basic graphics from existing templates in Canva
  • Testing campaigns through Email on Acid (training provided)
  • Exporting and collecting data for analysis by the team lead in Google Sheets
  • Make sure all the campaign calendars are up to date with campaign ideas from the team lead
