JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Client Experience Manager to join our Head of Client Experience in helping to provide the very highest levels of eCommerce strategy and customer service to our client base. A core aspect of the role is to build strong partnerships with our customers to identify new growth opportunities and develop a multichannel strategy to achieve client objectives. The end goal is to expand client services retainers through excellent customer service, which has been the story of our success at LION.

This position will work with the Head of Client Experience, and Channel Leads to ensure we understand and align fully with our client's business objectives. This role is responsible for and has a 360 view of performance and ensures they and their team have the resources, tools, and information to deliver the best possible results to our clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing eCommerce multichannel digital marketing clients
  • Onboarding and set up of new clients in conjunction with the Channel Heads
  • Responsible for managing the relationships between the Client Experience team and commercial stakeholders with efficiency, tact, and focus on meeting agreed deliverables
  • Oversee the workflow and prioritisation of projects across the team in line with the overall business strategy and utilise relevant project management systems and practices
  • Develop and pro-actively nurture relationships with key partners and clients to ensure retention and growth of existing business
  • Contribute effectively to content development for our website, highlighting our client experience and case studies achieved by our team
  • Arrange and run regular reviews with clients
  • Sharing retail trends with clients and stakeholders
  • Liaise with other parts of the business to ensure projects are benefitting from relevant skills and services
  • Work with the CEO, Head of Client Experience and Head of Strategy to produce client budgets and quotes and manage relevant client P&Ls
  • Achieve the financial and operational objectives of our clients
  • Ensure teams are implementing and operating under company policy, structure, and practices
  • Contribute to the future strategy of the business as part of the management team

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Extensive agency experience in managing eCommerce clients and knowledge of digital channels (3-5 years)
  • A strong duty of care and genuine interest in the client’s business success
  • Ability to develop an elite, multichannel digital strategy based on a deep analysis of the client's platforms, state of play and goals.
  • Experience with the tools/platforms across SEO, SEM, email, social & CMS platforms like Shopify
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work in a fast-paced, hardworking, high-integrity business
  • A strong strategic and commercial acumen and ability to spot opportunities for growth, formulate strategies and generate ideas
  • Effective project management capabilities from forecast to delivery
  • Keen attention to detail and budgetary control, as well as an understanding of forecasting, resource, allocation, and profit & loss
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques, including production processes, digital strategy, and publishing
  • Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations

REMUNERATION

$90k base salary + Super
