About this role
As a marketing and digital content writer, you will provide high-quality content for the company internally, assisting our existing Marketing team. You will be designing and writing digital marketing content for websites, email campaigns, internal blog articles and coordinating with other teams to consistently deliver high performance and satisfactory results. Aside from producing internal content, your responsibility will also include creating content for our existing clients, namely category pages, blog articles, FAQs and whatever else might be requested.
We have a constant stream of content every month, which will be increased gradually as we onboard new clients. Guidance and required information will be provided as necessary for easier creation of content. Our Marketing and SEO teams are always happy to assist with extra information and answer any questions you might have. The main requirement is to be able to work in a timely manner and according to deadlines. Working at a hasty pace while producing meaningful work will be a key element in your position as we always have urgent tasks throughout the week or month
Your responsibilities will be:
- Writing digital marketing content for our internal purposes on a variety of topics
- Assisting our SEO and Marketing teams and writing content for our clients, including category page content, blog articles and FAQs whenever necessary (topics vary according to industries of our clients)
- Deliver high-quality content regularly, keeping the formatting and style consistent
- Conduct necessary research for information according to internal and our client’s requirements
- Constantly communicate with Marketing Team to deliver outstanding email campaigns and blogs
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as a content writer, marketing content writer is highly preferred but not required
- Have a solid understanding of digital marketing services, including, SEO, SEM, market research, Email marketing, SMM, etc.
- Great team working skills – able to coordinate complementary imagery and necessary content/information with the marketing and design teams
- Ensure consistency in writing style, formatting, imagery and tone across all platforms
- Create, draft, edit, publish and update blog copy, social media posts, marketing and email campaigns
- Agency experience would be an advantage but not required
- Be versatile in content topics and proactive in researching and collecting necessary data or information
- Exceptional time- and task-management skills
- Excellent English writing skills, terminology and grammatical accuracy
- A positive, proactive attitude with an unyielding passion for success
- Passion for writing and the challenge of creating clear and engaging content from technical concepts
- Differentiate between good content and great content. You have an eye for excellence, and you aren’t afraid to ask questions or push back when you’ve got a better idea

- The salary range for this role is $500- $2,000 AUD per month depending on experience and skills
