Content Writer-Editor
As a marketing and SEO Content Writer-Editor and part of our Content team, you will provide high-quality copy for LION Digital. You will be designing and writing digital marketing content for websites, email campaigns, and internal blog articles and coordinating with other teams to deliver high performance and satisfactory results consistently. Aside from producing internal content, your responsibilities will also include creating content for our existing clients, namely category pages, blog articles, FAQs and other copies as requested by the Content Manager.
We have a constant stream of monthly content, which will gradually increase as we onboard new clients.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Reviewing the spelling, grammar and accuracy of digital marketing content for various purposes.
- Assisting our SEO and Marketing teams and writing content for our clients, including category page content, blog articles and FAQs whenever necessary (topics may vary according to client industries).
- Deliver high-quality content, keeping consistent formatting and style.
- Conduct necessary research for information according to internal and our client's requirements.
- Constantly communicate with the Marketing Team to deliver outstanding email campaigns and blogs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Prioritised but not required:
- 4+ years of experience as an SEO or marketing content writer with 2+ years of digital marketing or content writing agency experience.
- One or more years of experience as a copy editor or proofreader.
Must-haves:
- Have a solid understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, market research, email marketing, SMM, etc.
- Excellent teamwork – able to coordinate complementary imagery and necessary content/information with the marketing and design teams.
- Ensure consistency in writing style, formatting, imagery and tone according to the client's or brand's requirements.
- Create, draft, edit, publish and update blog copy, social media posts, marketing and email campaigns.
- Be versatile in content topics and proactive in researching and collecting necessary data or information.
- Exceptional time and task-management skills
- Excellent English writing skills, terminology and grammatical accuracy
- A positive, proactive attitude with an unyielding passion for success
- Passion for writing and the challenge of creating clear and engaging content from technical concepts
- Differentiate between good content and great content. You have an eye for excellence and are fearless in asking questions or pushing back when you've got a better idea.

- The salary for this role is $500 AUD per month depending on experience and skills
