Our expertise spans digital strategy, search, media, creative, socials, and beyond, and now, we're looking to expand our leadership team with a seasoned professional who can elevate our paid media department to new heights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full Accountability: Oversee the entire department, ensuring optimal performance, team recruitment, management, training, client escalations, and maintaining the profit and loss of the channel.
- Client Management: Handle day-to-day client campaign performance, including brief responses, campaign set-up, optimisations, KPI tracking, and budget delivery.
- Client Relationships: Lead client relationships, from planning to presentations, ensuring their strategic and operational needs are met.
- Performance Marketing: Develop elite performance marketing capabilities and processes to achieve industry-leading practices.
- Optimisations and Reporting: Enhance and report across key client accounts to boost leads, qualified traffic to websites, and cost efficiencies.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to the expansion of strategic client accounts and new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 8-10+ years in SEM and Paid Media, preferably in Director role or as a senior team lead.
- Agency Experience: Essential and required.
- System and Process Understanding: A robust understanding of the systems and processes needed for departmental success.
- Data and Analytics Passion: A zeal for data, analytics, and reporting with the ability to assess complex data and interpret raw data.
- Digital Tool Knowledge: Proficiency in digital and analytics tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.).
- eCommerce CMS Platforms: Experience with various eCommerce CMS platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.)
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple projects with superior time management skills.
- Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring and leading a team.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and resolve conflicts and escalations.
- Client Management: Experience managing a long list of 25+ premium clients, ensuring tailored strategies and consistent performance.
- Social Media Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge and experience in social media strategy, ads implementation, and management, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across platforms.

- Up to $210k Package + Super depending on experience (Including bonuses)
- Base: $130-$150k depending on experience
- Bonuses: $20k/$40k/$60k
