At LION Digital, we’re a values-driven performance agency scaling fast. This is a rare opportunity for a proven agency sales operator to step into a leadership role, own revenue outcomes, and work directly with the executive team to shape the next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the front, builds trust quickly, and turns strategy into predictable revenue.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full ownership of agency revenue and growth targets
  • Lead strategic consultations with prospective clients, providing clarity and value from the first call
  • Lead both inbound and outbound sales strategies: qualification, prospecting, objection handling, and opportunity creation
  • Write and present tailored proposals that deliver market-proven eCommerce solutions
  • Act as the lead growth consultant for the agency — not just a closer, but a trusted advisor

What We're Looking For

  • We're not looking for just a resume — we’re looking for character, clarity, and composure.
  • A stable, level-headed leader who performs under pressure
  • 5+ years of experience in agency-side eCommerce or digital services sales
  • Proven success running full-cycle consultative sales and closing complex deals
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, paid social)
  • Track record of winning mid-to-large eCommerce clients
  • Organised, proactive, and highly self-accountable — excuses don’t live here.
  • Commercially sharp, data-literate, and outcome-driven
  • Low ego, high output — someone who uplifts others while leading by example
