SEO Project & Account Manager
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for an SEO Project & Account Manager who is responsible for strategic planning, implementing and managing our clients SEO projects. To oversee the projects and understand the different pillars of a holistic SEO strategy and ensure that deliverables are executed smoothly.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement successful SEO strategies
- Account manage 15-20 client projects
- Manage key stakeholders and set clear expectations
- Regularly report on key metrics and project status to stakeholders
- Work towards organic search optimisation, regularly perform thorough keywords research
- Suggest process improvements and productivity optimisation
- Improve website performance based on platform strengths and weaknesses
- Managing day-to-day operations of projects, scheduling and resourcing
- Report Performance and Overall Results
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years working in search engine optimisation working with the same organisation
- Proven track record of managing and retaining client accounts
- Knowledgeable in using content management systems (CMS) to optimise websites - Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce, Neto
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and results-driven mindset
- Demonstrated experience using and understanding SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming frog among others)
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Excel and G Suite products
