We knew that we had to build a campaign that appealed to the right target market and only brought in leads that were qualified. Otherwise, Koala would have weeks of work on their hands combing through stacks of irrelevant applications.
CONTEXT
Since 15 years in business with an aim to provide the perfect range of quality luxury furniture to create dream home. Koala’s eclectic collection adds an authentic touch to any household interior. They source globally for items of character, quality and elegance, which are all foundations of their brand and design aesthetic. The Business had invested into 2 new stores, and a large stock inventory was sitting in limited warehouse stores with a panic amongst the ranks to handle demand situation. The store and online visits both were witnessing a decline since Q1 of 2019.
WHAT WE DID
We began by reviewing the existing Store offers page on their website and found that it lacked the conversion points across different stages of the customer journey. Based on the acquired insights, we developed a 3-step approach to close the existing gaps and build a working funnel for the business:
Step 1. Landing Page
In under a week, we were able to turn around a fully mobile responsive landing page that was complete with stores, testimonials and detailed information designed to engage buyers.
Step 2. Paid Ads
We designed and executed a powerful, highly targeted PPC campaign to attract the most serious and educated buyers.
Step 3. FB & Retargeting
We created a funnel that was constructed to get Facebook users to engage with a series of video and banner ads. The videos successfully planted the seed about designs and brand awareness. In contrast to AdWords, the Facebook ads allowed us to visually showcase the store setting to present potential leads with an example of what they could own.
RESULTS
As a result of our omnichannel approach, we managed to turn around the business and establish sustainable ads performance and stable revenue flow.
