MARAIS is a Melbourne-based multi-brand luxury fashion boutique that has redefined luxury retail in Australia. With a distinct Parisian aesthetic and exclusive partnerships, they created a highly curated selection of prestigious international brands such as Givenchy, Balenciaga, Celine, and Alexander McQueen. MARAIS distinguishes itself through its immersive in-store experience, exclusive events, and visionary seasonal collections.
Despite its strong market position, MARAIS faced challenges in optimising their digital presence to match their premium in-store experience. They needed a strategy to target relevant high-net-worth individuals interested in luxury fashion and drive online revenue growth.

WHAT WE DID
LION Digital partnered with MARAIS during the critical October-December 2024 period to maximise their revenue performance ahead of major shopping events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. As a luxury retailer with high-value products, MARAIS needed a strong digital strategy that would not only drive sales but also maintain their premium brand positioning and promote new season fashion launches as well as end-of-season sales and archive sales.
We began with comprehensive audits across Paid Media and SEO channels and determined several areas for improvement, particularly in campaign structure, product feed optimisation, and creative management. Based on these findings, we coordinated three new campaigns for seasonal promotions and developed a detailed execution plan to meet the ROAS expectations of 5-6X.
Working closely with Feedonomics, we ensured relevant products were properly tagged, timing was strategically planned, and creative assets were perfectly aligned across all campaigns. We allowed sufficient time and space for each campaign to perform optimally while managing potential overlaps and optimising budget allocation across platforms.
With this cohesive approach to digital marketing, LION Digital helped MARAIS achieve impressive sales growth and even outperform the ambitious 5–6 ROAS targets.

RESULTS
