Hearns Hobbies is a hobby shop stocking a wide range of brands for all types of hobby enthusiasts. Hearns have been around for 45 years on Flinders Street, being a traditional brick & mortar store that relies on foot traffic. The new realities of 2020 pushed the business to heavily rely on their online channels & look for solutions to build up their eCommerce store sales.
WHAT WE DID
After the analysis of Hearns business model, we developed the roadmap of channel activation, prioritising fast-ROI channels to generate quick returns for the business &make the most of the limited marketing budget of $3,000/month. LION successfully activated Hearns dormant SEM channel, achieving incredible & measurable results. The investment in this channel very quickly scaled up.
